Cop gets an education in US currency

The Consumerist has plenty of horror stories of people being arrested for crimes that aren't crimes cause the cop(s) did not know the law. Couple a weeks ago a guy got arrested for making a purchase at a Best Buy with $2 bills. Seems the store manager and the arresting cop were so stupid they thought there was no such thing as a 2 dollar bill. A couple of hours after being in jail, the Secret Service gave the cop an education in US currency. This arrest would have gotten the guy listed as a counterfeiter.
